During assembly, a select number of senior and junior students were rewarded for their academic excellence in AP testing. Upper School Academic Dean Mrs. Guzman believes that Benjamin’s college preparatory mission contributed to these encouraging results.

“I think the AP Scholars are very important and are a reflection of our mission to prepare our students for college,” said Dean of Academics Mrs. Guzman.

The first award was AP Scholar with Distinction. This is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken and have earned scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
